You’ll find Heart Own Medical Services in the Professional Johnston Building at Union Memorial Hospital.
IV hydration and lab services require an in-person visit. Contact our office to confirm the appointment requirements for the medical service you need.

Complete your intake
Provide your patient information, identification and insurance details through our designated intake process. Our staff will verify your coverage and arrange for you to receive the required consent forms.

Schedule your appointment
Once your information has been verified and the required consents are signed, our staff will contact you to schedule your visit.

We accept a range of insurance plans and verify coverage before scheduling. Benefits and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan and service.
Contact our office to ask about coverage for primary care, urgent care, IV hydration or lab services. Insurance acceptance does not guarantee that every service is covered.
We also accept HSA and FSA payments.
