A different treatment pathway
What is Spravato?
Spravato, also called esketamine, is an FDA-approved prescription nasal spray used for certain adults with depression. It works differently from traditional antidepressants by acting on the brain’s glutamate system.
Treatment is administered only in a certified healthcare setting. At Heart Own Medical Services, each dose is self-administered under clinical supervision and followed by an observation period.
